ÃÛÌÒAPP
This year is extra special – not only because of the extraordinary response our nurses have shown to the current COVID-19 pandemic – but because it is the 200th anniversary of her birthday. As such, the has named 2020 the ‘Year of the Nurse and Midwife’.
Nursing and midwifery staff have celebrated today with many homages from their colleagues in other medical professions.
Our Chief Executive Nurse, Maurya Cushlow has sent her own, very special message: “I am incredibly proud of the nurses and midwives that we have working with us at the ÃÛÌÒAPP Hospitals. Whatever role they do, wherever they work, these last few months have been an absolute test of their resilience, their compassion, and importantly their passion for patients.
“I want to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for everything that you do. Your commitment and your determination to be the best that you possibly can for our patients is absolutely exemplary.”
We have produced to say thank you to all our nurses and midwives which shows our values:
