ÃÛÌÒAPP Hospitals is one of ten national ‘  for the NHS , which helps to develop and evaluate new solutions to benefit staff and patients.

The initiative helps colleagues by providing the skills and experience to scale their most innovative ideas for the benefit of patients, staff and the wider NHS.

We have a number of home-grown entrepreneurs who have accessed the expertise and guidance with support from our innovation team to develop and scale their ideas.

Our clinical entrepreneurs in ÃÛÌÒAPP Hospitals are working to transform services and develop innovations to:

• support young patients with sensory needs
• help children and young people undergoing treatment for cancer and
• provide online exercise programmes and advice adults with pelvic health problems.

If you have a vision for improving patient care, or a solution to a healthcare challenge, the free one-year entrepreneurial workforce development programme is open to both clinical and non-clinical NHS staff.

Support with crafting a stand out application is also available in the CEP Prep webinar series. Applications open until 29th October 2024. Successful candidates will be notified in January 2025, and the programme starts in March 2025.

The and are also open for applications from patients and healthcare professionals respectively. They offer 12 months of free support and learning, including education, mentoring, and networking.
