Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day after payment confirmation.
Processing times may vary during holidays or weekends.

Shipping Methods:

We ship through USPS not UPS. Shipping is one flat rate unless a special specifies otherwise.
A tracking number will be provided upon shipment through email.
We do not offer International shipping at the moment.

Delivery Times:

Estimated deliveries times depend on your location and the day of week. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, as delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, Kiki C LLC. is no longer responsible or liable. Please use tracking number to locate your package. I will do my best to resolve the issue at hand.

Please make sure you include all apartment numbers, discount codes, and instructions before submitting your order. Your order cannot be altered after the package is out of our possession. The customer will be responsible for all fees associated. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

Return Policy:

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to assess the situation and determine the best course of action.

Please DO NOT leave your package in the mailbox during extremely hot days, it will explode!
