SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped via First Class USPS Postage. Orders are processed and shipped on Tuesdays and Saturdays ONLY, depending on product availability.

-If orders are placed on a shipping day, they will go out on that day based on the hours of the post office.

• Most Standard orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order's SHIP date within the US.

Once your order has been shipped, Kiki C LLC. is no longer responsible or liable. ​Ownership of package from Kiki C LL. is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for miss-delivery. 

 

Please note: MOST orders addressed to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 7-10 business days of the order's ship date.

 

Please make sure you include all apartment numbers, discount codes, and instructions before submitting your order. Your order cannot be altered after the package is out of our possession. The customer will be responsible for all fees associated. It is your full responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Customer information is not stored in our system.

Due to Covid-19, please bear with us as we may encounter minor delays with shipments. If there are any issues with receiving your package(s), please email us within 10 days. Please allow up to 48 hours to respond. We will assist in resolving any issues.

- Please DO NOT leave your package in the mailbox during extremely hot days, it will explode! 

 

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds once the package has been shipped.
